Starsha is the queen of Iscandar. In the year 2199, she offers the dying planet Earth a device known as Cosmo Cleaner D and plans for a wave motion engine. Starsha becomes the last Iscandarian after the death of her sister Sasha, but after marrying the human Mamoru Kodai, she gives birth to a daughter, Sasha Kodai. Until the very end of her life, Starsha defends the planet Iscandar from all outside threats.
