Probe Missile

The Probe Missile is a system implemented into remake Yamato in the year 2220 to boost the sensitivity of the Yamato's equally new Data Processing Center (ECI) on the third bridge. Fired by the Information Processing Officer, the missile will aid the ECI's detection capabilities. The launcher for the missiles are located on the forward upper hull of the Yamato's third bridge three on each side, with the ECI in the center. Once fired, in most to most outer, the six missile will fan out in front of the Yamato. At considerable range, the missile will deploy in a dish shape and began feeding the data to the ECI.^{[citation needed]}
