Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚周夫,Ōtsuka Chikao?, born July 5, 1929) was an actor and seiyū from Tokyo represented by Aoni Production. He was the father of Akio Otsuka, who played Domel in the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 series. He died on January 15, 2015 due to ischemic heart failure.
